Each PlayBox comes with 5-6 playthings perfectly created for your little one's age and stage. You will receive a PlayPack, which explains what each plaything is, and how to use it and you’ll also receive extra tips, tricks, and ideas for sensory play.

SENSORY CUBE

              PlayLogy shipping - Flat rate $9.95. We send to all locations within Australia.

              When will my order arrive?

              All PlayLogy orders are shipped on the next business day. Depending on what you order, this will be sent from either our New Zealand or Australian warehouse. Our PlayBoxes and orders will usually arrive (and the fun can start!) in 2-5 business days.

              How do I return or exchange my order?

              We want both you and your baby to be totally happy with your order. If there’s a problem with yours, please contact us on Hello@PlayLogy.com.au and the team will get back to you quickly.

              We accept returns in their original packaging, within 30 days of purchase. Just let us know your order number and your reason for returning your order and we will cover the cost to get it back to us. When we receive the goods we will issue a refund on the products ordered. Refunds usually take 2-5 days to appear on your card.

              Any notes of damaged goods need to be sent to us within 7 days of receiving your order.
